Developing the Merchant City
Even with the current credit crunch the Merchant City is still very much open for business with an array of exciting project on site from the £20m redevelopment of the former Post Office to the redevelopment of a former warehouse on King Street to house 2 major arts organisations and a range of studio complexes.
